Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. User-submitted images may be transmitted to image compression servers in the United States and stored there for up to 30 days. User-submitted images that are displayed on this site will be transmitted and stored on a global network of third-party servers (a CDN).

When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. We also use shipstation to handle order processing by an external third-party.

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

Customer information on checkout page: we use a cookie to save customer information on checkout page. These data are used to restore the current checkout state in case the customer abandones the payment process for a while.
Data saved are: your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment type (no credit card/payment information) and other fields displayed.

When you buy a subscription product the following information will be stored: Your name, address, email, phone number, and billing address that will be used to populate the order and the recurring order.
Shipping address: this data allow us to send you the current order and the recurring ones.
Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use these for estimating taxes and shipping purposes.
We’ll use this information for different purposes, such as, to send you information about your subscription. We generally store your information for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and as long as we are not legally required to continue to keep it.
