This Privacy Policy explains how Cunningham Clinic LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or shop at cunninghamclinicstore.com (the “Store”). It applies only to the Store. It does not apply to other websites, including cunninghamclinic.com, or to care you receive as a patient of Cunningham Clinic.

By using the Store, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. An account is created when you place your first order. When you order, sign up for emails or our reward points program, leave a product review, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, and the content of your messages. Payment card details are entered into fields provided by our payment processor, Stripe, and are not stored on our servers.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Store, we and our partners collect information about your device and activity. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, pages and products you view, items added to your cart, purchases, referring website, and how you interact with pages, such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movements. This is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described below.

Information from others. Advertising and analytics partners may share information with us, such as which ad led you to the Store or aggregated reports about our visitors.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and ship orders, manage subscriptions, run our reward points program, and provide customer service
• Calculate and report sales tax
• Send order confirmations, shipping updates, account notices, and requests to review products you bought
• Send marketing emails, if you have not opted out
• Understand how visitors use the Store and improve its design and performance
• Measure our advertising and show you ads for our products on other websites and apps
• Detect and prevent fraud and protect the security of the Store
• Comply with legal obligations

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, some placed by third parties, to run the Store, analyze its use, and advertise. These partners may collect information about your activity on the Store and use it under their own privacy policies.

Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Store so we can improve its design and the shopping experience. Clarity records how you interact with our pages, such as clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, and the pages you visit, and uses that information to produce session replays and heatmaps. Clarity uses first- and third-party cookies to recognize your browser across pages and visits. We configure Clarity to mask the text on our pages, including anything you type, so that it is not sent to Microsoft, and we do not use Clarity on your account pages. Microsoft may use data collected through Clarity for its own purposes, including site optimization, fraud and security, and advertising. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

How we share information

We do not sell your name, email address, or order history for money. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers that operate the Store for us, including our web host and content delivery network (Cloudflare), payment processor (Stripe), order fulfillment and shipping (ShipStation and USPS), sales tax software (TaxJar), email marketing (Drip), and website security and backup providers
• Advertising and analytics partners listed above, which receive device and activity data through their cookies and pixels. Under some state laws, this may be considered “selling” or “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising. See Your choices and rights below to opt out.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or needed to protect our rights, our customers, or others, including to prevent fraud
• Business transfers, if the Store is sold or merged, as part of that transaction

Your choices and rights

• Marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You will still receive order and account emails.
• Cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking them may affect how the Store works.
• Ad personalization. You can limit ads from Google at My Ad Center, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and opt out of many advertising networks through the NAI and DAA. Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn offer ad settings within their own apps.
• Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising. Contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Security and retention

The Store uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and card payments are handled by Stripe. Access to customer information is limited to staff who need it for their work, such as order fulfillment and customer service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep account and order information until you ask us to delete it, except where we must keep it for tax, accounting, or legal reasons. Analytics and advertising partners retain data according to their own policies.

Other terms

Patients of Cunningham Clinic. Shopping at the Store is separate from receiving care. Information you provide to the Store is handled under this policy. If you are a patient, your medical information is handled under Cunningham Clinic’s Notice of Privacy Practices.

Children. The Store is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Links to other sites. The Store links to other websites, including brand and manufacturer sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes to this policy. We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top and, for significant changes, post a notice on the Store.
