RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Thanks for shopping at Cunningham Clinic LLC.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.  You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 15 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  All shipping costs are nonrefundable.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit Cunningham Clinic or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

However, Cunningham Clinic LLC does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Cunningham Clinic LLC  is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
